WHY WE EXIST

The hidden potential of Uganda’s youth.

Africa’s youth population is not a crisis. It’s the greatest economic opportunity of our generation.

But in the slums of Kampala and the refugee settlements of northern Uganda, brilliance is locked behind systemic barriers — no skills pipeline, no first job, no working capital.

era92 was built to dismantle those barriers in sequence. We train, then employ, then finance — so that a young person from Katanga can move from learner to earner to owner inside one ecosystem.
