Can you believe we’re already 50 days into 2025? This year, we are making our boldest moves yet—unlocking brilliance in the most underserved communities and rewriting the future for young creatives across Africa.
A Year of Unprecedented Growth
We’re stepping into 2025 with BIG plans:
Our largest recruitment ever – We’re opening doors to 2,000 young people across four districts, offering them life-changing opportunities through our training and employment programs.
Taking our programs across borders – This year, we’re making a bold move into Kenya, bringing our proven model of training, mentorship, and job creation to more young people in East Africa.
Reaching new communities – We’re expanding our impact to two more districts in Uganda, ensuring even more underserved youth gain access to the tools and opportunities they need to thrive.
Opening the era92 Hub – Get ready for our state-of-the-art space designed to empower entrepreneurs and creators. This hub will be a melting pot of innovation, collaboration, and opportunity, providing resources, mentorship, and a platform for young entrepreneurs to launch their dreams

For years, we’ve been refining our model—Training youth with tech and creative skills, connecting them to meaningful work, and providing capital to grow their ventures.
Now, it’s time to scale.
This year, we’re not just planting seeds—we’re multiplying them a thousand times over.
The foundation is laid. The vision is growing. And now, we’re on track to launch in May!
We’ve made adjustments to expand the hub’s capacity, ensuring that even more young entrepreneurs and dreamers have the space to build, create, and work.
In 2024, we set an ambitious goal—to create 100,000 jobs. We launched our Elevate Booth in Jinja, and now, we’re pushing forward to reach more communities and complete the era92 Hub.
