The Year of Unlocking Brilliance Amidst Chaos
Hello era92 family,
We know this is quite unusual, but we come bearing news.
We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our monthly newsletter and inside each issue, we shall bring you up to speed on all we’ve been up to in the past month on all our social enterprises.
At era92 Global, God has been faithful, and with only 3 months into the new year, 2024 has kicked off with incredible momentum, fueled by unwavering faith and a passion to impact the lives of young people across Africa.
Impact Story
A graduate of our Elevate Program, Lyn Serena, has recently been hired at Mwebaza Foundation; an international organization as a projects manager becoming our 2081st job creation. We couldn’t be more proud that she worked her way from being a mere school dropout to becoming one of our best students and now working with an international development organization.
The 92 Community Cafe Launches.
The first community cafe under the era92 fund has been finally launched. 92cafe is an affirmation of our vision to create sustainable jobs for our immediate local community and has already created 10 new jobs.
This cafe will generate sustainable income and also serve as a platform where our graduates from Us4women can have their internships and also sell their bakery products.
era92 Creative space expansion.
Over the past year, we have seen tremendous growth in our creative enterprise, and that’s why we’ve had our physical premises expand physically. This allows us to create more employment opportunities for our youth and better service delivery to our clients all while achieving strong strides toward achieving our mission to create 10,000 skilled jobs.
era92 Elevate enrolls more learners
A new milestone to elevate our efforts to scale our program to reach youth in the most underserved communities has seen over 520 Students across three communities. This is so far the biggest number of students that we have ever handled and we can’t wait to see them through and support them to discover their God-given gifts and eventually connect them to local and global opportunities.
We hope you enjoyed this issue!
