Investing In Youth First | Q1 Impact Report 2026

We hope your first quarter of 2026 has been filled with growth and inspiration. Although we kicked off 2026 with high spirits and bigger goals, the election season cast a shadow over our operations, especially with the internet shutdown that disrupted our ability to teach our students and serve our clients. We lingered in the purgatory of the unknown as the whole world watched Uganda from a distance, and we prayed and waited for the wind to blow over.

In the middle of that storm, the answer was clear: Invest in youth first.

Q1 has been action-filled, with era92 Elevate expanding its reach by virtually serving more young people countrywide through the ALX partnership, opening the AsOne Elevate Hub in Namayemba, collaborating with Inoza for leadership development, and adding AI to the Elevate Curriculum.
