Since 2018, era92 Group has actively contributed to reducing youth unemployment and advancing economic development throughout underserved communities.

Today, era92 operates several social initiatives, with programs spanning 5 communities. Our Elevate training programs empower thousands of youth each year with skills in design, tech, and business, bridging the gap between untapped talent and opportunity. Through era92 Fund, we offer microloans and financial support to young entrepreneurs, sparking the growth of local businesses and sustainable income streams. Our Creative arm connects talented young Africans to global clients, building pathways to careers in the tech and creative sectors.

To date, era92 Group has provided essential skills training to over 5,000 youth and created 2,500+ jobs, leading to an 85% employment rate among program graduates. Every project we launch is monitored and assessed for long-term success, ensuring that each youth we train and fund remains connected to support, mentorship, and new opportunities.
