This Year, We Build On

It has been an action filled first quarter. Despite some uncertainties surrounding the election season and the internet shutdown that put our work on a temporary hold, era92 has been grinding harder than ever before. From opening a new hub, breaking ground on another hub and the Elevate program enrolling its biggest cohort ever, 2026 looks promising.

As era92 Group, we’re at a stage of building structures for ample implementation of the mission to create 100,000 skilled jobs for youth across Africa. We’re building systems to accomplish the mission faster. With systems in place, our plans become feasible solutions to the problems underserved youth are facing.

In preparation of scaling up our programs, we started the year by strengthening the leadership team through the DISC Analysis and advantage leadership program with Dr. Rick Hicks. This entailed a one-on-one session with each team member followed by an engaging group session, that culminated in realigning our vision and agreeing on how best we can work as a team to serve our clients and more communities.

Expanding Opportunity Through New Hubs

One new hub is already running while we have broken ground on the other.

Gulu has long been in our hearts, and this is the year we take action. After years of conflict, we believe this region is ready for a new story. A story of opportunity, dignity, and work.

With the Gulu Hub groundbreaking complete, we are building a space that will equip young people with faith, skills, access to capital, and a pathway to meaningful work.

Bound by our shared commitment to education, community development, and youth economic empowerment, we joined forces with AsOne Ministries to set up Nayemba Hub. The hub was completed in less than three months and is yet to receive its first students.

Watch Progress

These hubs are more than buildings, they are platforms for employment, entrepreneurship, and sustainable impact.

Before scaling programs, we are strengthening leadership.
In January, our leadership team engaged in the DISC Analysis and advantage leadership program with Rick Hicks. After a one-on-one session with each team member and an engaging group session, we realigned our vision and agreed on how best we can work as a team to deliver the best for our clients and drive the mission forward.

Our biggest achievement this first quarter has been the Elevate program enrolling 1,600 students across the six hubs. With the Namayemba Hub now operational, that number is expected to increase.
It feels like we just had our student orientation yesterday, yet the students are showing tremendous progress as far as AI careers, branding, film, virtual assistance skills are concerned.

We’ll keep you updated as we ready the students for real work in the digital economy.

Many Blessings,
