Who We Are

era92 Group is a transformative holding company dedicated to changing the narratives surrounding underserved youth. While NGOs, governments, and businesses often see these individuals as burdens or risks, we view them as worthwhile clients, valuable employees, and ambitious entrepreneurs. Our mission is to break the cycle of poverty by empowering youth in slums and refugee settlements through innovative, sustainable solutions.

Our Story

Our story begins in 1992, when Emmanuel Trinity was born in Kosovo, one of Uganda’s toughest slums. A transformative gift—a single computer—rescued him from the streets and ignited his vision. Emmanuel chose to return to the slums, determined to change the lives of hundreds of young people across Africa’s underserved communities. This vision led to the founding of era92 Group, a company dedicated to empowering youth through training, employment, and financial access, creating opportunities where none previously existed. Today, era92 Group continues to break down barriers, transforming lives and unlocking potential in communities across the continent.

Our History

It All started when our founder was rescued from the streets and given a life changing gift a Computer, which he used to train him self computer skills and later start era92 creative
Years after his training, Emmanuel quit his job and incorporated era92 Ltd with one boy, one computer, and one big vision: to create jobs for hundreds of youth who share his background.
era92 Elevate celebrated its first graduation at the original Namirembe offices, honoring 45 graduating students.
In 2019, era92 Creative launched its creative subscription model, expanding services to clients across the US and UK.
In 2020, era92 acquired land to establish a permanent home for its headquarters.
In 2021, era92 entered the financial industry to expand financial access for underserved communities with the launch of era92 Fund.
In 2022, era92 Elevate launched the Elevate Booth—a shipping container transformed into a digital classroom to bring education to underserved communities.
In September 2022, era92 Elevate launched the Elevate Booth in Katanga, one of Kampala’s most challenging slums, to expand educational opportunities for youth in the community.
In March 2024, era92 Fund launched 92 Cafe as part of its portfolio to create job opportunities for young women in the hospitality industry.
era92 Elevate launched another Elevate Booth in Jinja, empowering over 110 students at once.
