What An Amazing Q2 | Mid-year Impact Update

As we close Q2 of 2025, we are inspired by what God is accomplishing through era92 and by the voices of opportunity, resilience, and transformation emerging from our six community hubs across Uganda.

At era92 Group, we deeply believe in the potential God has placed within every young person, no matter their circumstances. We are committed to rewriting the narratives of youth, particularly those from the most underserved communities.

Through our training, employment, and financing model, we’ve changed stories of thousands of young people across Uganda. This quarter, era92 Elevate trained 2,400 youth, conducted 410 mentorship sessions, and fostered meaningful partnerships with 16 local churches leading to 62 Salvations. era92 Creative connected 388 youth with impactful jobs, generating $1.2M in earnings for youth and creating 800K hours of dignified work. Meanwhile, era92 Fund financed 291 essential assets, achieving a remarkable 96.5% repayment rate and tripling entrepreneur and freelancers earnings.

As we cross the halfway point in 2025, era92 Group proudly operates at 75% financial self-sustainability, led by a passionate team of over 145 young Ugandan change-makers who serve and uplift tens of thousands of their peers daily.

era92 Elevate hubs are lighting the way for youth in different communities by equipping them with tech skills, allowing alumni to take lead, and nurturing faith among young creatives.

From fleeing war in Congo to leading youth in Katanga, Uganda
At Katanga, sustainability thrives through alumni leadership. Alicia, an exceptional graduate, is passionately leading her peers toward impactful futures, embodying the vision and sustainability we deeply value.

era92 Creative continues to rewrite the stories of countless youth. This quarter, many students landed impactful jobs even before graduation, showcasing their readiness and the power of practical training.

We achieved a record high in asset distribution, directly supporting sustained employment and entrepreneurship among our graduates. Asset financing has enabled young talents like Jackie to utilize their skills immediately upon graduation, paving the way for economic independence.
